Hello to all our Fantasy Farm Alpaca owners. Many new friends Across Texas have become Alpaca owners in March and April. Alpacas are quickly becoming one of the fastest growing livestock investments across America. Many of our new customers are purchasing Alpacas as great pets, but many more customers are purchasing Alpacas as a business opportunity. Two types of such business endeavors are Fleece Herds and Breeding Operations. Either can be great investment opportunities.

QUALITY FEMALE ALPACAS PRICED FOR IMMEDIATE SALE

Many of our Pet Male customers have been looking for quality females at economical prices. Recently Fantasy Farm Alpacas has entered into a joint venture agreement with an older woman in Texas whose husband is very ill and who is liquidating some of her alpaca herd.

4. Highland Honey, DOB 7/06/99, ARI #813641, Light Brown, (Bred, due date May 2008) - $7,000.00

These are excellent females with excellent pedigrees. As you can see, 3 are bred…2 with crias due in May. Due to the unusual circumstances with the owner’s health, these animals are priced to sell immediately.

Fantasy Farm Alpacas will finance these animals for 18 months with 25% down. All animals come registered with health papers.

? Shearing at Fantasy Farm Alpacas for 2008 is now history. We would like to extend a BIG Thank You to all of you who came and volunteered. If you were unable to join us for shearing and are still needing your animals sheared, contact your local FFA or 4 H club to see if they can assist in shearing, since shearing an alpaca is very similar to shearing sheep. If you are in the San Antonio area feel free to contact our herd manager Frank Garcia at 210-823-2319 and set up an appointment for him to come to your facility and shear your animals.

? Although we have listed many ways to sell alpaca fiber in the information that we have already sent to you, Fantasy Farm Alpacas is also currently working very closely with a major textile mill in Mexico which would open up an even greater market for our quality fiber.
